Weekly Meal Plan {No. 19}

If it seems like I’ve fallen off the face of the earth, I haven’t!  I’m still here!  When things start getting crazy, my blogging is definitely one of the first things to fall off the to-do list, so my apologies.  I’ve actually spent the last couple days thinking hard about my goals & plans for the New Year, & this blog is still high on my list of projects I’d like to continue!  Now my task is to do a better job scheduling my time…….still working on that ;).

One thing’s for sure though, meal planning is still a huge life-saver for our family.  Here’s what I’m planning to cook up this week…

Cheese sticks, Carrots & Dill dip, Soaked & dried Almonds & Walnuts

January 2nd begins our annual “sugar fast”.  Pray for us! :)
