Weekly Meal Plan {No. 8}

Meal Plan

My meal plan this week is a little light & includes a carryover from last week.  I tend to underestimate how many leftovers we have to eat sometimes, as was the case last week.  But I’m okay with that.  I’d rather have an over abundance of leftovers in the fridge than not enough, especially if we get so low that there’s nothing to pack in Caleb’s lunch, gasp!  In our house, leftovers are always a good thing :).

How does your family handle leftovers?  Do you love ’em or hate ’em?

Suppers

Grilled Steak Hash {subbing cubed steak for the ground beef}

Beef & Noodles with Carrots

Mexican Lasagna with Salads

Chicken Salad on Homemade Wheat Bread

Snacks

Cheese & Sunflower Seeds {maybe this one sounds weird, but I like these together}

Almonds

If I find the time – a new granola bar recipe!
